Angular NVD3 scatterChart

I have just started using angular NVD3.

Here is a scatterChart I made with JavaScript, but I cannot find out the reason why it just shows the points with y-value <= 9 whereas there are many points like {"x":"52","y":"17"}.

Would anyone give me some advice?
